Review of MP3 DJ:

*** Section 1 ***

I came across this software programs while I was reading the forums on InternetDJ.com. There were a few things that struck me when I began to find out more about MP3 DJ.

1. Fast Installation - The program load quickly without a glitch. It is also a low-load bearing program and barley uses any CPU which is a big plus when you have a lot of mp3's.

2. Ease of use – This program is so easy to use. Initially I was a bit confused with the layout and color of the interface but I was able to quickly find my way around and through a rough mix together in about 10 minutes with the drag and drop feature.

3. 2 versions – There are 2 versions of this small but very useful software program.

MP3 DJ Live - $9.90

MP3 DJ Pro - $29.90

MP3 DJ Pro gives you the ability to use 2 sound cards and have two windows of MP3 DJ open at the same time to audition a mix in one window and then make it go live in othe window through a drag and drop feature.

MP3 DJ Broadcast - $59.90

This program gives you the ability to have your own internet radio station or incorporate it into an existing FM/AM broadcast center.

I took the MP3 DJ Live for a spin for free. All versions have free trial downloads and to my surprise were extremely inexpensive. I almost wonder how they are able to make any money.

So, for over all value I give MP3 DJ 3.5 MIC’S out of 5. Except for the look and feel you can’t get much more for your money.

Mobile DJ Vehicle

Got a Scion car. Then you can have a DJ set anywhere you go. This is borderline “Pimp My Ride” stuff but I thought it was definitely pushing the envelop for new and creative ideas.
